The professional image of your business networking group (LeTip, BNI, etc.) depends not only on your chapter meetings and printed materials, but also heavily on your web presence. Many chapter websites are stale and out-of-date, without current member lists, meeting schedules, announcements, etc.

We offer a way of keeping your chapter information alive, for a much better presentation to the public. But in addition, our programs allow you to keep track of tips, revenues, attendance, guests, and the other laborious requirements of managing your chapter - all through an easy-to-use online administrative area.

All chapter management is done via simple online forms. For example, your membership chairperson can add a new member by using the form, and this information immediately appears on all pages: Our Members, Business Categories, Officer List, etc. If a member changes his or her information, their updates are also carried through the entire site automatically.

Using these simple forms, your webmaster can enter all tip, attendance, and guest information after each meeting. Each member can report revenues received from tips, attributing the revenue to the member giving the tip. In this way, all your members have instantaneous access to this information, and monthly/yearly reports can be generated by clicking a button.

We offer very economical websites based on our standard templates that include a selection of color scheme, top banner, and home page pictures. Using our templates, the cost of the website is a setup fee of only $595 plus a yearly hosting fee of $250. This setup includes creation of your chapter database. This does not include purchase of the chapter's domain name, which should be done by an officer of the chapter. We will assist in the purchase, if requested.

Optional Photo Gallery

Our Photo Gallery System allows chapter members to maintain a gallery of photos. You use simple management forms to specify categories (such as Meetings, Mixers, Showboaters, etc. - any categories you wish). You then upload photos into any of these categories. When a visitor is viewing the photos, the visitor sees an array of thumbnails, with "next" and "previous" buttons to page through the thumbnails. Any thumbnail may be clicked to show the big version of the picture. This system is an additional $150 setup and an additional $25/year hosting.

Terms

Please note that we construct the databases and management forms to fill the databases, but it is the responsibility of your members to maintain the data. For example, it will be up to your membership chairperson to enter all new member data; your tipmaster will record all tips.

You will be invoiced for the full amount ($845), which includes setup and the first year of hosting, as soon as the site is online. Future years of hosting are payable yearly, in advance.
