Business Network Management Program - Costs
Generally, chapter websites consist of a public section and
a private section. In the public section, our customers will usually choose to
have a list of members and a list of available/filled categories.
If you have an existing website, we will work with your
webmaster to integrate these pages with existing pages. If you need a new
website, or you need your existing website redesigned, we can do that for you, too.
Integrating with Existing Websites
We would need to examine your website to assure that we can
integrate easily. Our one-time setup fee is $495*.
This includes the work we need to do to set up your chapter database.
In addition to the setup fee, we will host the database-driven
portion of your website. Our charge for this hosting is $200/year,
assuming that the remainder of your website is hosted elsewhere. If we
do all your hosting, the cost is $250/year.
New or Renovated Custom Websites
In this case, the cost is more difficult to determine. Much of it
depends on the amount of materials you have available.
Our one-time setup fee is $795 and up.
This includes the work we need to do to set up your chapter database. The cost of
hosting is $250/year.
Semi-Custom Websites
We also offer very economical websites based on our standard
templates. We offer 3 basic templates with a selection of color scheme, top banner,
and home page picture. The cost of this kind of website is a setup fee of $495
plus a yearly hosting fee of $250. This setup includes your
chapter database.
Optional Photo Gallery
The above prices include all of the chapter management system.
The single option we offer is our photo gallery system, which allows chapter members
to maintain a gallery of photos. You use
simple management forms to specify categories (such as Meetings, Mixers,
Showboaters, etc. - any categories you wish). You then upload photos (which
must be in the .jpg format) into any of these categories. When a visitor is
viewing the photos, the visitor sees an array of thumbnails, with "next" and
"previous" buttons to page through the thumbnails. Any thumbnail may be
clicked to show the big version of the picture. This system is an additional
$150 setup and an additional $75/year hosting.
Conditions
Please note that we construct the databases and forms for
your members to use to fill the databases, but it is the responsibility
of your members to enter and maintain the data. For example, it will be up
to your membership chairperson to enter all member data; your tipmaster
will record all tips.
For one-time fees, 50% payment is required with an order,
the remainder in 10 days after acceptance. Hosting is payable yearly,
in advance.
* In certain limited cases,
websites can be designed in such a way that our integration work is very difficult. We
will examine your website and quote you a price before beginning any work.
